By adapting time-honored safety concepts from the high-reliability field of aviation, CRM has been applied to the operating room, another high-reliability environment, to achieve similar gains in patient safety. With a strong emphasis on quality care and patient safety, Memorial Hospital Miramar also ranks at the top nationally in patient satisfaction, outshining the national average by 25 percent – another confirmation of MHM’s dedication to quality health care.
In addition to state-of-the-art hospital operating facilities, surgical patients enjoy the added security of a board-certified anesthesiology staff – doctors who are skilled at providing safe, comfortable, and effective anesthesia tailored specifically to the cosmetic surgery patient.
